How to Apply for a Quil Ceda Village Lease

  1. A complete and reasonable business plan (if a start-up), including financial forecast for the period covering the length of the lease term - generally 5 years.
  2. Evidence of bank or other financing and/or sufficient cash balance that will fund tenant improvements as well as cover operating cash needs.
  3. A Personal Worth Statement for business owners and/or lease guarantors.
  4. Three years of the latest audited financial statements or tax returns for the business.
  5. Information on any awards and/or positive press regarding your business.
  6. A signed Acknowledgement form.
