What You Should Know Before Filling out the Tenant Application
After you fill out the Tenant Application form, there is an authorization page you have to sign and send to Quil Ceda Village by mail or fax. You have to send this information in order to be considered for a space available. Otherwise your application will not be processed.This authorization page allows the Tulalip Tribes or its agents to investigate credit and financial reports, including banking records. Also authorize the Tulalip Tribes to request and obtain consumer credit reports in connection with the opening, monitoring, renewal and extension of this and other accounts with the Tulalip Tribes and it further authorize the Tulalip Tribes to share the information with its agents (if applicable).
