What You Should Know Before Filling out the Tenant Application

After you fill out the Tenant Application form, there is an authorization page you have to sign and send to Quil Ceda Village by mail or fax. You have to send this information in order to be considered for a space available. Otherwise your application will not be processed.

This authorization page allows the Tulalip Tribes or its agents to investigate credit and financial reports, including banking records. Also authorize the Tulalip Tribes to request and obtain consumer credit reports in connection with the opening, monitoring, renewal and extension of this and other accounts with the Tulalip Tribes and it further authorize the Tulalip Tribes to share the information with its agents (if applicable).

How to Apply for a Space on the Tenant Application

In order to apply for a space on the Tenant Application site, you must complete an application.

The steps to complete an application include:

  1. On the right hand side menu of this page click on the Online Application link, then click on here link (see figure 1).

  3. You will be presented with a login page (see figure 2).

  5. If you have user name and password enter them and click [[Login]] button.
  6. If you don't have user name and password, you have to create one.

    The steps to create user name and password

    1. Click on get one now link (see figure 2)
    2. It will direct you to the page you have to create your user name and password. Enter user name, password and re-enter your password into the text boxes and click [[Submit]] button (see figure 3)
      1. If the user name you have chosen being used by another person, you will be asked to enter a new user name and click the [[Submit]] button again (see figure 3)

    3. If you want to cancel and go back to login page, click on [[Cancel]] (see figure 3)
    4. If you create your user name and password successfully, you will be redirected to login page and you will see a message that you successfully created user name and password.

  7. If the login process is successful, you will be directed to the first page of the application. If the login is unsuccessful, you will see an error message displayed on the screen.
  8. Enter all of required information.
  9. Click the [[Saving & Continue]] button.
    1. If any of the required information is omitted, you will receive an error message and be prompted to enter the information. Enter the requested information and click on the [[Saving & Continue]] button.

  10. Once you have successfully completed the form, you will be directed to the next form in the series.
  11. Repeat steps 6 through 8, until you have completely filled out the application.
    1. At any time during the application process you can logout and continue the application later. Every time you click [[Saving & Continue]], it will save your information in database. You have to finish your application with in 3 months. If you didn't finish with in 3 months, your application, user name and password will be deleted.

      The steps to retrieve your saved application

      1. Click the Login link, located at the bottom of the right-hand navigation bar (see figure 4). This link can only be found on the Online Application page.

      3. Enter your user name and password into the text boxes
      4. Click on the [[Login]] button (see figure 5).

      6. If the login is successful, you will be directed to the page you stop. If the login is unsuccessful, you will see an error message displayed on the screen.

  12. The last step in the application process is an acknowledgement page that must be printed and mailed/faxed to the address/phone number provided (see figure 6). Click on [[Print Preview]] button (see figure 6) and print the page. Do not skip this step; you will not be considered for any space until the Quil Ceda Village staff has received your acknowledgement.

    1. Once the application is successfully filled out, if you want to view your application summary, click on [[View Your Information]] (see figure 6).

    3. If you want to correct any information, click on [[edit]] button located on the bottom of your application summary page (see figure 7). You will be presented with the application summary, where you can correct any misinformation on the application by clicking Edit links (see figure 8).

    5. If you want to print out your application summary, click on [[Print Preview]] button located on the bottom of your application summary page (see figure 9). You will be presented printable version of application summary.

    7. Go back to acknowledgement page by clicking [[Back]] button (see figure 10).

  13. Click on [[Final Submit]] button located on the bottom of acknowledgement page to finish your application process (see figure 11). You will be directed to confirm page and after few seconds, you will be directed to Future Tenant Information Page. After you click [[Final Submit]] button, you can not go back and edit your application.
