About Us

The Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village, established in 2001 by the Tulalip Tribes, has become a hub of shopping, entertainment and food in northern Snohomish County. Quil Ceda Village is an exceptional place for entertainment. Whether it’s visiting our AAA Four Diamond Tulalip Resort Casino, or stopping by one of Cabela’s many outdoor events, you’re sure to be stimulated.

The Seattle Premium Outlets is a destination all on its own with over 110 shopping choices. With chef inspired food at the casino and favorites like Bob’s Burger & Brew, Olive Garden and more, you’ll always want to come back just for the food alone. Come visit and discover why Vancouver BC and Seattle are buzzing about Quil Ceda Village.

Leasing

Quil Ceda Village has retail space available in our Village Retail Center and land leasing within our village borders.

The Quil Ceda Village Property Management group is primarily responsible for leasing retail spaces and land within the village. This includes day-to-day property operational responsibilities and common area maintenance.

Many business opportunities are available including retail spaces, land leases and build to suit opportunities.
